The Community Hospice Foundation is excited to present wonderful and fun opportunities to support hospice care for patients and families. For 2007, the Foundation is preparing for some very special events. The Foundation is happy to present the following:
2008 Events
Hospice Hopes & Dreams Golf Outing
Friday, June 13, 2008 – Chaska Golf Course
Join us for a groundbreaking golf fundraiser to fulfill “hopes & dreams” of those who are in Cherry Meadows Hospice or use ThedaCare At Home during their final days.
Registration fee is $100 per golfer.
Limited to 144 golfers. Pre-registration is required.
Continental breakfast & registration 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
Shotgun start 11:30 a.m.
Individual or corporate donations of $200 will receive a hole sponsorship sign.

Hospice Rocks 2008
Friday, September 5, 2008 – Butte des Morts Country Club
Join us for our second annual Hospice Rocks event at
Butte des Morts Country Club in Appleton, WI.

The event promises to be a fun and exciting evening of fabulous food, rockin’ music & dancing that will benefit hospice patients and their families in our community.

Saturday, November 1, 2008 – Casey’s at Waupaca Country Club
Join us in Waupaca for an evening of good food, good company and fun while raising funds for those in need of end-of-life care in Waupaca and the surrounding communities. All proceeds from the event will stay in Waupaca.

Past Events
HOSPICE ROCKS 2007!
On September 7, Community Hospice Foundation hosted its 2nd 2007 community event to help support patients in need of hospice services and raised more than $45,000 for hospice care. Net proceeds will benefit Community Hospice Foundation, Inc.
“Hospice Rocks!” was held at Butte des Morts Country Club and by all accounts was an entertaining new approach to hear great music, partner with leading business for great prizes and dance the night away, while raising dollars for hospice patient in financial need, served through ThedaCare At Home™. Leading area businesses, such as Knight’s Jewelry, Creative Group Travel, Flanagan’s Stop and Shop, Stone Cellar Brew Pub and Gabriel Furniture all play a major role in providing great raffle prizes, which were awarded that evening. CRUISING FOR HOSPICE! - Feb. 25th, 2007
On February 25th, 2007, we enjoyed a beautiful 7 Day Eastern Caribbean Cruise from Miami with Antionio Feeman, Robert Brooks, Frank Winters, Don Beebe, Gilbert Brown, and special guest, Bonita Farve. There was also a special Foundation party with guest, Aaron Rogers.
COLORS OF LIFE
On both August 20, 2005, and August 12th, 2006, Community Hospice Foundation sponsored a summer Art Auction and Estate Sale. All net proceeds benefited hospice care in the communities we serve.
