Community support is vital

The Community Hospice Foundation supports patients and families who need hospice care, regardless of financial resources. Remember,  your donation is tax deductible and supports direct care for those in need. You’re also helping provide special programs such as massage therapy, scrapbook memorials, and bereavement services that offer emotional, social, and spiritual support for families who have lost loved ones.

As a foundation, we feel committed to our past and future donors to make sure funds are used to financially assist those in need with hospice care and home care, to benefit the volunteer program, to support adult day services in our community, as well as other needs brought to our attention.

With help from community donations, no one is turned away. Gifts also provide education to staff and volunteers. The hospice program works in collaboration with other area hospitals to bring hospice services to a wide population of patients in the Fox Valley region.
